Here are a few ways to a great body in a few weeks:

Visit the Spa once a week

Use the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and visit your Health Club or local spa once a week. Your body will detox of all the stress, toxins and you will leave feeling refreshed and your skin renewed.

Cut out sweet foods and start a healthy diet

Increase the amount of fruit, vegetables and lean meats and fish you eat in your diet. Cut out the fatty, starchy foods found in sweets, sodas and cakes and watch your sugar intake in your coffee and tea.

Exfoliate and/or scrub your body once a week

Use a body exfoliator or loofah brush and scrub your body once a week. This will remove dead skin cells and let your skin renew leaving it refreshed and moisturized

Do some cardio exercise once a week

Go for a walk, do some jogging, do an exercise class, go swimming. This will help tone all your muscles at the same time especially swimming.

Prepare a month in advance and follow the above advice and you will see the difference. Add to your new bikini ready body by booking weekly sunbeds getting ahead of the rest and starting with a tan.

A spa massage and facial will help to de stress your body and increase the oxygen flow around your body. As a result your body will flush out toxins and your skin feel better and more toned.
